dont know if this is a stupid question or not,but do you leave your fans on 24/7 or do you just have them on when the light is on?

I run fans 24/7. More air circulation is always better.

my lights and fans run off of the same timer
    lights on fans on
    lights off fans off
i do this for many reasons
the plants growth basically stops during the darkness so there's no need for alot of fresh air. also the light is off so theres no heat to expel, also it saves on electricity costs and noise production.
