For my Republicans Club at school I got to meet Senator Brownback (among others) For my first Republican's club meeting we went from the Republican Headquarters to Seton Hill college to listen to and to meet Senator Brownback and a few other local government officials. He is a conservative Republican, something I am not, however it was still really cool to meet him. I asked him what his views on medical Marijuana were and unfortunately he said he wasn't for it because Marijuana is a gate-way drug. It's nonsense because a) the bill gives nothing to illegal immigrants, just formerly illegal immigrants who became legal ones and b) the benefits they get are ones that they paid into the system already, so this is not costing us money.
