Well, you'd be wrong there. It's a distraction to the driver, and the driver could have any number of things going on.

Yeah, I can't really be pissed at you Soldier1944 because i used to do shit like that all the time and stuff. But i had to unfortunately grow up and not fuck with peoples shit. I don't think fucking with peoples cars is cool cause i would be pissed if people did that to me. But if you wanna have some fun, I'd recommend you tp someones house. Although that shit use to be the bomb in 6th grade, its still fun once in a while. I just forgot that I couldn't run as fast. Just stick to mostly harmless fun.
