1. what size pots?...smaller is better...I use 16 oz plastic cups.

2. place seeds 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep.

3. keep soil moist only and warm.. 80-85 degrees

4. weak lights when seeds sprout...floro's/CFL's...2-3 inches away.

EDIT: flushing the soil first, then planting the seeds is OK...IMO....(add perlite too.)....:stoned:
