What is the process for getting seeds? Any recommendations or advice? My concerns are not getting ripped off (paying cash), not getting crappy seeds, and obviously getting caught. I won't be growing where the seeds are being delivered. Help.

very simple go to a website that ships to all countries (even if they have a disclaimer it will say it is your responsiibilty to check the laws of your country and not ours etc) you won't get busted just from having seeds shipped in.

You won't get ripped off if you use a reputable site either holland or UK based, a reputable site like edit (everyonedoesit.com) rhino seeds, potseeds.co.uk joint doctor.com all relaible sites
