Must correct you.....sorry....I'm about to be 21 and my cock is the same as it was when I was 18....maybe it's just me though...I know girls start growing before guys (not their dicks lol)....that's why most girls are taller than guys at age 14 or 15....girls stop growing around 17 or 18 and guys stop growing around 18 or 19...after that, you don't really GROW, you just AGE....or start looking older, but not really taller or anything like that....
