Its definitely getting nute burn, and I would not doubt there's wayyy too much water for the little guy if its raining as much as you say.

I could be wrong but I feel like its better to start a plant inside and move it out when it's strong enough to withstand the elements.
Faddenator Reviewed by Faddenator on . 10 day old plant problem I'm a nemb grower, having some problems with some 10 day old plants. I transplanted them to their own 1 gallon pots about 4 days ago, and now leave them outside with all day sun in the philippine tropics (~30 degrees celsius). I think the problem may be overwatering (rains very heavy overnights here). I gave them a very weak concentration of miracle grow fert while watering a couple days ago also. Attached are some close-up pics of what the unhealthier ones look like. Generally though, all Rating: 5
