so ... im in the military ... and cant smoke, my husband on the other hand of course can and is ... were goin to the doc to get him his recomendation which i dont think will be a problem bc hes got history of different psyhiatric visits and has a record of different prescriptions he was on a few years back. anyways. my question is do you think if nothing is said to the doc about me bein in the military i could possily be his sponsor? or should we not bother?
the thing is that were allready growing in our place so do u think it would matter if only 1 household member has a licence? or should i try to be his sponsor to be safe? ..

Well I don't know what sponsor is like you help him grow it or what? I don't think there would be a problem unless the military or the sponsor application explicitly says you are not allowed to be someones sponsor. I'd try calling a military or criminal lawyer just to be safe though maybe.
