Ahh you have a couple issues.
First, bring your temps down to NO MORE THAN 85'F day/70'F night.
Your drainage is not enough I fear, but you can adjust your watering schedule for that. Part of the problem is the pots are too big for the plants, which means there are zones of sodden soil in parts of the pots that the roots can't reach, and soil chemistry goes wacky when that happens.
Do you know your runoff pH? I see no lime in the soil ingredients, and fear your soil is too acidic.
