can u point out what the tell tale is between male/female on you plants and maybe draw something that shors the difference my plants are a little younger i am using aerogarden i started 24/0 for 10 days now im on 16/8 when should i swithch to 12/12 since i dont have more than 32 inches of clearance
please help this is my first time and im lost

if you have 32 inches of clearance, start budding when your plant is about 15-16 inches tall, your plants will almost double in size when you start to cut the lights, theres a 2 week period from Veg to bud when your plant will take off

now should I was thinking letting them hang for about 4 days

then trimming and moving into brown unwaxed bags

any suggestions?

the outside temp is 55F inside is probably a little higher as there is a heater and 3 souls within the home

ok so I trimmed a few colas and set them in a bag for the first few days

but then after 2 days or so it seemed the ones that were hanging upside down were much more dry than the ones in the bag

I used my previous contraption to dry the ones that were in the bag

now they are all hanging in a closet

the stems don't snap yet but do you think if I trimmed now and put them in a brown paper bag and opened it 2-3 times a day it would be sufficient for the rest of the drying or should I just wait till the stem cracks and then move them into bags?

Hey, I read through your 2nd and 3rd grow. I was wondering why you used to many nutes? Did you think at the time it might have been overkill? I'm in my first grow and I usually give the girls lower than recommended nutes just to be on the safe side. I'm waiting for them to tell me they need more before adding. I'm not sure if you've already seen this but check it out for future grows

yea im pretty much trying to push it to the limits

these are pretty much experiments so I get some experience with growing

im in no rush or anything so yea

I gradually increased the doses till it was bad for the plants up until the recommended dosing on the bottles
