clone of a clone of a clone

I think I made a mistake, my girls look friggin awesome, except for the lack of buds. Some should be ready next week, but don't have anything but little hairs.

Can cloning a clone then cloning that clone and so on have ill effects of bud production?

I think a small amount of light was getting in the room also, if this is the problem, could I leave em flower longer and see some results?
    The strain is NYCdiesel .
THis is not my first grow and my past have all been excellent, even my first. This is quite disappointing. Cut em? or let em go and see what transpires?

I think im gonna use one clone mother from now on

    Well, there ya go.
I'd give 'em 12 hours of pitch black for a couple weeks and see what happens.

Light leaks cause long flowering time, and if they are more than teeeeny, can actually cause the plant not to flower at all.
You can throw your schedule out the window if you have a light leak- FIX IT right away and keep on treating your plants as if they have just begun flowering. Harvest according to trichome ripeness; a good window is 85% cloudy 15% amber.

Ok, im hoping that is all it is. Usually these plants smell very bad(good), if you even touch them you will smell like them. This is not the case now, although they do look very healthy and large.
In my vegg room I added a small HID, and the light was leaking a little threw my generic wall(thick blanket). Is there a chance that they will not flower at all because of this? Or do I just have to wait?
Im obviously gonna wait to see what happends, just wondering if anyone has ever been in a similar situation.
Also, has anyone ever experienced cloning plants too much causing low yeild, I think I read that in the grow bible.

You need a correct light blocking material. Add another layer, preferably light colored and reflective *cough* panda film*cough*

Is that Bob Dobbs in the middle of the road? Look out!!!

    hell yeah it is

Since I noticed lack of flowering I actually cut the HID out of the picture, for now, and I am just using CFL in vegg, didn't seem to do much anyway, except make the temps go threw the roof.
