    Co2 on the cheap

Just wanted to know if anyone knew the best way to get bang for your buck in a decent sized operation of about 60 plants in a master bedroom.

Also if anyone could direct me to quality articles and info on it.

    thanks!!

I know this sounds strange, but I read somewhere (I think on cannabis.com even) of someone with a grow about the same size as you're describing in his garage... Instead of buying a Co2 machine, this person simply kept a couple of cages of pet rabbits in there, using the rabbits breath as the Co2 source... They're pretty easy to care for, and it might be cheaper in the end... Just a weird thougt for you...

    CO2 Test Kit
This inexpensive CO2 test kit allows you to check the concentration of CO2 in your room. Simply draw in 100 cc's of the room's air into the syringe, break the ends off a tube and insert the tube into the syringe. Next, slowly force the air through the tube.
    From $4.95

    ^ good idea?

The tester only tells you how much you HAVE.
You need a CO2 injection system if you want to do it right, or a burner-generator.
There is a section in Rhizome's grow setup thread about calculating the CO2 needs of your garden and supplying them with a tank system.

If you have never grown before, it is highly unlikely that CO2 will be your limiting factor...
