Just tell people you see it before you buy it.

So my college buddies and I have been planning a summer road trip to Vancouver and one of the main draws was the quaisi legalization of cannabis in Canada (specifically Vancouver). Ive been searching for updated legal news but most of the articles refer to busts done in late 2004. Can anyone from the area give me any information? Are their operating coffee shops?
