Making Grow Room Need advice

I know this photo is pretty rough, i'm no artist.

What i plan on doing is setting up 2 rooms. One for Growing were i plan on having a mother plan that i will take clones from. The other room will be right next to it for flowering. I will separate them with Black plastic.

For the grow room i plan on setting up a 2 foot shop light with 2 6500 bulbs. I plan on trying to set up a hydroponic system so i will not have to worry so much about watering.

The second room i was thinking about putting in anywhere from 6-10 cfl. I was going to set up some white painted walls for better reflection. This would also be on a hydroponic system.

I will have to start from seed and that sucks but hopefully i get at least one lady.

The space im doing this in is not very well ventilated, I will have a fan going on these. Im trying to save a little money and go cheap. i have priced out the hydro system at about 50$. The shop light would be 12$.

What do you guys think anything i can change to make this work better?

I know the drawing is rough but i didn't think it was that bad. anyone have some advice or criticism.

To tell ya the truth man, it's really tough to tell what you have going on from looking at the drawing.
It does appear that you have a plan though, which is better than nothing...
I say go for it, and put up some pics!

pictures are on the way... But i found an issue that might be a problem. The space i want to use, i took the temperature and it was 90 without lights. im going to try again when i get a fan in there but 90 just seems like it would be Way to hot for plants to grow.
