It's part of a particle smasher. They are going to fire protons into each other near the speed of light and see what happens. Maybe nothing. Maybe they will find the Higgs Boson particle. Maybe they will kill us all!

I think it will be MORE interesting if they don't find the Higgs

I think it will be more interesting if they create a mini black hole and warp themselves to another part of space. :stoned:

Or maybe in a parallel universe. We actually don't really know a lot about black holes. I just hope they don't "make" one !
