A little more detail would help me answer that.

You can get HPS and MH at almost any Hydro store.
If u need just the bulb Home Depot carries the ones I use.

You also can flower under CFL, and these you can get almost any where. Go with 3500K for flower.

any type of HPS lamp, 70, up to 250 wattage, as its only for one plant. im not sure if i still need but if anyone has a lamp id be more than willing to buy.
