Question on B-12

So i have a drug test for pre-employment in the morning.

I'm a very light smoker, once every maybe 2 weeks. This only started about 2 months ago.

I haven't smoked in about 21 days. I'm nervous about the test so I'm going to dilute it a little.

But no matter how many of these b-12 vitamins i've been taking it will not turn my pee yellow. I'm peeing clear and that's no good. I don't really understand why it's not working.

There 250 mcg each. I Just took 4, pee'd twice since then, still clear pee.

I'm kind of worried here, any advice?

Oh it's in about 10 hours so i need advice fast!

Pee out as much as possible. I think you overdid with the water.

after doing some reading on my own i found that b-12 isn't the vitamin really recommended.

kind of sucks. Guess I'm taking a 1:18am wallmart trip.

B2 is what you need... also known as Riboflavin.

We've been asking for a while if B12 does the same thing, since its quite common that people think B12 instead of B2. I guess you answered that question! :rastasmoke:
