Yes, McCain would need the help of congress to do many of the things that he would like to do, that fact is often overlooked. :jointsmile:

It's overlooked because it's common sense. Any president needs the assistance of Congress to do much of what they campaign on. I would hope that my fellow Americans would understand how their government works though (that was not directed at you, you obviously understand).
