well first of all ditch the distilled. it possibly cant be any better then what's coming out of your spicket. the test strips will be the best investment you make, 10 bucks or so and it can make huge difference. and if it needs adjusting you will have to shelf out the money for ph up or down. 10 bux

only foliar feed in the dark cycle.. or what I do is pull them out of the grow box, mist them with the finest mist i can get, let it soak in a little, and shake em to remove excess


and like stealth said, keep the lights as close as possible..

thanks atik. still wondering why ditch the distilled? Because bottled water standards are lower than tap water standards?

distilled water has absolutely nothing in it. you have to use calmag if you use reverse osmosis and distilled is a step even further.

this is all off the top of my head from what I have read around here, im sure someone else will step in and confirm not using distilled..

Alright since i last posted things have flipped. Thank you atik for your help, i used the little money i have spent it on a ph kit, some liquid karma and some silica blast (stinky recommends so i follow :jointsmile. The girls are looking better, i've stopped foliar feeding with the lights on, i figured the floros wouldnt hurt the babies but it burned the f*** out of those seedlings and cause some minor burns on the clones. The seedlings have recovered and shed their burned leaves, and they sprouted some new ones. Once again atik thank you atik for your insight, i had no idea. I also switched from the distilled..

The plants really seemed to like the LK and the SB. The soil is organic, a blend of worm castings, perlite, lime dolamite, and some compost. I plan to add a grow fertilizer soon and really am open to suggestions. I'm think the botanicare line, but may go with some guanos instead. Input?!?!

I've done some fim work on both of of the indica plants, so we'll how they respond next week. :thumbsup:

I have a humidifier running in the closet, it keeps it around 60, 55 with the doors open.

Stealth, if you happen to be looking (hopefully cause i'll probably need some of your help sometime) i elevated my seedlings to combat the stretch.

A new seedling has popped in to say hello, so you should welcome her (hopefully hah positive mental attitude) to the lot. All of my seedlings pretty much came from my sacks, found one on the table, in the carpet, my bellybutton type of thing, i'm pretty excited to see some of their potential.

yea those poor babies did get burned. you should maybe consider cutting off the yellow parts of the leaves, so that the plants don't waste energy into the dead leave parts. Just a suggestion -Jesse
