help, Powdery Mildew Neem oil burn?

I have two plants in a sun hut, about a week into flowering, we started with some powdery mildew late in veg and to combat it i used some neem oil. The problem is that now the leaves look burned, worse than the powdery mildew which is still lingering around. Is this burn normal for neem oil? Or does it look like light burn? Would foliar feeding water help? or just increase the powdery mildew? Rating: 5
