Need some advise

Hi everyone and i would like to start out saying how great this site is.

Now to get to the point.... I will start with my details on how ive long been smoking. I started around last christmas time or so i would say and smoked all the way until about the beginning of this summer because i failed a UA from my parents (they bring me to a medical clinic and order a $75 7 panel + alc test). I stopped for i would say about a month and a half and started again about a month and a half ago. Since i last started i smoked every day until yesterday. I'm 6 feet tall and only weight about 130lbs and have a pretty high metabolism. I'm going to have to take another UA from the same place again in i would say 3 weeks minimum who knows the maximum. So my question is whats the best thing i can do to be sure to have a clear system of THC? I dont want to buy anything unless absolutely necessary. I will be able to get niacin also if i want them and they are the flushing type. SO if you could recommend something that would be greatly appreciated!

dont use niacin. dont know if it clears the urine or not but from what i have read too much is not good for you. read around. i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

ps. go to yahoo answers. there is this chick there her user name is trish m. she works at a lab for drug testing and she knows her shit. ask her whatever you want. more often than not she'll get you an answer. good luck!

Follow the dilution method in the stickies..Get some gatoraide, crenitine. and vitamin b......

BTW i was looking at my results from my first UA i took and for this one i took like 6 niacins or something 4 hours before that UA and the results said my Carboxy-THC content level was at 51 ng/ml i was wondering do you think that would be lower than usual for somethign like me that smoked everyday for months before that test? just seeing if maybe the niacin helped at all lol.

The niacin didn't help. They must be sending the sample off for confirmation with GC/MS. Thats why they knew what your levels are. You will probably be fairly clean in 3 weeks but you still might not be low enough to fall under the 15ng cutoff. If you try to do it naturally be sure and follow the dillution sticky the morning of the test. Your best bet though would be to sub with synthetic urine. Just ask mommy if you can borrow $20 to buy some synthetic urine.lol
