Oh No....Hope you caught that in time. And now i know what the white fiberous stuff was on the plant i harvested last weekend. Just like Ms. Attic discribed. I am gonna be checking my older plants real careful now.
Good Luck with Your Girl. I hope everything works out for her. I understand how upset you are. I am so so sorry.

BUD ROT?? stinkyattic help!
that doesnt look like a catepillar, it looks like an army worm, very destructive to clothes and i think plants, my grandmother told me along time ago about them when i was kid, and she said it ate alot of the tomatos, leaves, and stems, + clothes on the line, i kill them whenever i see them as a precaution, maybe an insectologist can help you

Yeah cause you should be able to see what they're eating. If you catch em before the bud starts to rot. I only found a couple small ones on one of my plants so far, I don't really want to spray them with neem oil, being a month or so away from harvest.

Manually remove any chewing pests you find, AND THEIR SCAT, from the leaves and buds.
The damage, and the poop, both encourage pathogens to attack the plant at the damage site.

BUD ROT?? stinkyattic help!
wow- ok, I just came from my cannabis club- I described my symptoms- and he asked if I saw any caterpillars type things!?! and of course I have.. He said thats what he thinks it is.. He said they show up a couple of weeks b4 harvest (what a coincifuckindence). Now I'm leaning towards she's being eaten by things worm things.. as soon as the painter leaves- Im going outside for a deep inspection... I dont know which is worse- worms or rot?

rot is worse you can kill those off. But its cutting it close to harvest to be spraying anything on them. Pick them outa there as much as you can. But like stinky said look around for them and pick em out and also clean there crap they leave behind.

I went through the bag of nugs I cut off... sure efuckingnough there are tiny wormy/caterpillar things all up inside them.. I have removed anything w/any signs.. but now what? Just watch & remove if I see anything? Is there any organic treatment I can use?
Also, is there a way to prevent this next time?
"Bummed" doesnt even sorta describe this feeling.

Hi,
I have had them in my tomatos and roses but so far have kept them out of my grow. Neem oil works well on them but you don't want to use it too close to harvest. You might look at those safe soap insecticides sprays that you are suppose to be able to use on fruist and vegitables up until day of harvest. Rot is so much worse then insects IMHO. Good luck.
