general grow help need imput and advice

i have a sunblaze t5 48 4 foot by 8 bulb light puts off about 450 in a 5x5 closet will i be able to handle 7 plants threw budding if i get all females if so i have heard that using floro lights will greatly decrees the ending product is this true

and given that i have about four feet tall of growth capabitlity when should i go into 12 12 my smallest is about 8in and my largest is 13in at 6 weeks old

and also will smell be really bad for those size of plants i live in a 1200sq ft apartment and the closet that has the grow in it has an attic intrence that goes to the other appartments any ideas for this smell broblem if it is going to be one at all? money is tight right now just got laid off so a cheap fix to block smell would be great

yeah i have searched alot and have yet to figure somthing out i guess what im asking is there somthing i might be able to line my cieling with like some sort of insulation that would stop the smell from intering the attic and going into other apartments around me

or if i really even need to worry about it because of the small amount of plants i have will 5 or so females really fill that attic up with odor at all

and weather or not i should expect about an oz per plant or way les because i am using the floro light

any help or answers i could get would be great because i havnt found any thing on here directly relating to my situation thanks for the post though your time is apreciated

keep reading your answers are there, never exclude air filtration especially in an apt. 5 plants will smell for sure.

Yes, you can flower under a T5 fixture.
Yes, your yield will be smaller than for equivalent watts of HPS.
No, there is nothing you can line your room with. You have to use a carbon filter of some sort, or an expensive O3 generator. Filters are CHEAPER and SAFER.

ok so my idea for a salution would be to place an inline fan on the top shelving of my closet that is 5 5 9 with about a foot of ducting and a carbon scrubber would this be sufficiant to clean the air and nut. the odor or dose it have to be air leaving and not coming back i dont know if this makes since

meaning i would have somthing that would just sit in the room to elim. the odor i would estamate a price for this would be about 200

and also stinky you didnt answer is having about 5 or so females going to be hard to control the odor at alll

That's because there are many variables. Strain, size, how you treat them- But yes, it will be a challenge to deal with odor and a carbon filter is important. Even one small plant can stink up your house.
