Vit. B2 dosage.

Did a test run for dilution according to the sticky today. The B complex I used had 100% RDA for B2 but it also has 300% niacin. Didnt want to OD the niacin but took 8 anyway. No color change. I picked up some straight B2 and it says 1 50mg tablet contains almost 3000% RDA. The sticky says 10 times RDA should be used. Is one tablet enough? I have to get through one more day of work tomorrow and my QF should be here. Any help appreciated.

No color change after taking 8 BComplex? Wow. My BComplex has 20mg Raboflavin (B2) which says 1,176% and Niacin at 25mg which is 125%. By taking 2 about 2-3 hours prior to test time, it had changed to a nice vitamin yellow.

Today I over did it. Took 250 mg B2 and my pee has been bright neon yellow for over 10 hrs. now. I think 2 will be plenty. Don't know what was going on with the complex. Maybe I'll still be neon for the X-mas holidays! lol
