    Messed up light schedule

Long story short, I gave my plant 16 hours of darkness today, instead of the usual 16 of light. This only happened today, will it stress the plant much if I go back to the normal schedule? Or does it take just one day of more than 12 darkness to set it into flower? It's a little early for me to go into flower, I want to veg it a bit more.

    Thanks in advance

you should be fine as long as you dont do it again. sometimes things happen. it puts definite stress on the plant but if you dont continue with the 16 of dark you should be fine to keep vegging it.
