You will unfortunatelly need some nutes or problems will get worse with that plant and eventually the other as well.
About lights you should move them often and in small steps so they are as close as possible all the time without burning the plants. Light decrease exponentially which means that if you double the range to the bulbs the light decrease 4 times, so small steps and many of them.

First Grow (Small Indoor CFL) First of all, I would love suggestions/tips/comments etc., my grow is very amateur and I definitely didn't research enough before starting in my endeavor. Space: I'm growing in my decent sized closet (2ftx5ft), using a hepa air filter I got from my brother, it's doing the job atm. I was going for low cost when I set it up, spent about $65 w/o including soil and whatnot. It's basically a piece of wood (2x2) with half-wide cmu's holding up another piece of wood with 6 fixtures I rigged to it. Rating: 5
