Id say a much higher portion of people grow their own here, where as most people seem to just not bother and buy it back home in America (just moved here from Cali).

Yeah, I was given a big T.V. box full of stems of all sizes, so Imam you think I could use that powder for baking? The chef where I worked recommended taking a recipie and substituting the couple cups of flour with my grinded stem powder. Im using a cheese grater at the mo, I smoked out some friends in exchange for them to all bring graters to mine and help me crack into the pile. I dont know whether I should use the powder for some green dragon or try to cook

I was recently given a giant box of stalks, the small ones are the width of a pencil and the big ones (the main stalk of the plants) are like three times the width of your thumb. I figured I could grind it up as small as possible and stick it in a bottle of eighty percent for some green dragon. Problem is its too tough for even serrated knives and I dont think anyone would loan me a food processor since it would just mess up the blades. Id love to Rating: 5
