Yea bipolar leads to drug abuse a lot. Its very rare to see someone get addicted to a drug only for its recreational properties. It is mostly depression, pain, or a mental illness. Kurt Kobain always said that he used heroin to get rid of his extreme stomach pain. I think it is very wrong that people look down on addicts they should be treated like people that are ill and everyone should try to help instead of looking down on them.
