i have read you can keep them in kind of a coma state by putting them in the veggie crisper in your fridge......but i cant imagine for a year.

I would like to take the cuttings off when I harvest, and then preserve them during the winter. Is there any way to do this? Freezing is the only thing I can think of and not sure if that would work.
