PLEASE HELP LEAFS DYING!!

hello im growing 2 early girl cannabis plants under a 250 watt hps bulb and they are 4 weeks into flowering, im feeding them biobizz bloom every day about 3 to 5 ml per litre. my plant leaves are turning brown and a little bit yellow and dying. this has started at the bottom of my plant and working its way up any ideas? also my plants are not budding very fast i should be half way through flowering but the buds are just starting to come!

It could be one of two problems... 1) It may be under fertilized. I was thinking with biobizz you were supposed to use like one tablespoon (15mL). And during that initial stretch the plants use alot of nitrogen. Or... 2) It could be a pH inbalance which is locking out nutrients. I would say it just alittle underfertilized but test the pH first so you don't possibly just make it worse.

My opinion you are feeding them tooooo much!
You should not need to feed them every day.
Regardless of the strength of the food every day is a lot, give them a drink about every 3 days and alternate between food and just water.

wow i didn't see that it was 5ml per liter... That is too much. I was thinking 5ml per gallon. But yeah it still looks like a ph problem. If you can check the pH.

If you stop feeding it could make it worse. Try giving them clean water and a cup full of wood ashes. Chances are that your soil is too acidic. Wood ashes are very alkaline and have alot of potassium. It might be worth a try.

Don't try to adjust pH until you know what it is.
Liquid drops are very cheap and you can find them in the pool section or aquarium section of any box store, or at a hydro shop! No excuses, go get yourself tested

PH is very important and you must get atleast the test strips that cost like $5 for 100. I had a new cool meter and never thought to calibrate it once. Ya, lets just say big mistake. I check my soil runoff by flushing with a 6.3 and get a 6.5 out. Thats not too bad but tells me there is more alkaline shit in the soil because it went up .2, so it is really at say 6.7 which is good.

I then think to calibrate the meter and oh yeah big suprize. Im sitting in a 7.01 test solution and the meter reads 8.4... OH NOOOOO

That means this whole time I was adding 4.7 ph solution to my soil instead of 6.2 ph. This is horrible for nutrient uptake and why I was seeing such poor plants with slow growth and small bud sites.

Last time I go without a PH meter test, almost killed everything. luckily I have two meters and this was initially how I found them to be off.
