SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

hello im growing 2 early girl cannabis plants under a 250 watt hps bulb and they are 4 weeks into flowering, im feeding them biobizz bloom every day about 3 to 5 ml per litre. my plant leaves are turning brown and a little bit yellow and dying. this has started at the bottom of my plant and working its way up any ideas?

feeding everyday is not good.....in soil?
