Fox Farms 'Happy frog' dry fertalizer. Any experience ?

FoxFarm Soil & Fertilizer Company

fox farms product for $1.99 on sale so grabed a few of the flowering mixture. Has anyone used it , is there any way I can disolve the solids in to a liquid fert mixture to add with watering ?
