Picture shows a blurry plant with no detail. Placing camera on a solid surface and turning off fans till done, helps produce a better picture. Do you see any male clusters forming?

Is this your first and only plant? Just curious, because by asking if seeds will form shows a bit of inexperience with growing. If it's your only plant, would start another asap. As it matures, and pollen is released...seeds will form. This results in way more seeds than smokable product.

Hermies (one plant expressing both sexes) are not a good sign, unless you purposely forced her to become one. Usually caused by either newbie errors, or poor genetics. If you are not experienced, and didn't force this lady to hermie...resultant seeds will most likely produce hermies, too. (carrying the hermie trait to it's offspring)

Until you know what you're doing...best to pollinate using a male plant and a female plant, then eliminating the male once his job is done.

Bummer. Before you do anything drastic, make sure you know the difference between male 'balls' and the female calyx. The female parts usually have two hairs growing out of the pointy-end of each calyx. A the male 'nanners' mature, they start to look like a group (bunch) of bananas, with no hairs.
