coco is the shit. its considered hydro so it requires a couple variables to be on track. if your PH is on, and you supplement CAL/MG (medium is inert, no nutrients) when your not giving nutes, you will be amazed with coco

it does require more water, because it is aerated so much. I water them once at night when the lights are on, I don't soak em, but I give em enough for runnoff. then in the morning I fill up the tray that they are sitting in, and they wick it up during the dark period. I usually put like sweet and a light nute mix during their sleep cycle, and flush at night through the top

check out puffs white widows. or check out icmag, they have a section just on coco. quite amazing stuff..

and yes, its reusable, but its so cheap, unless your doing a larger grow op (or if your just not as lazy as me! ), its easily replaceable. just make sure you rinse it well before using it the first time. :hippy:
