What lighting is best for Veg Growth?

What Is better for vegetation growth? These are my options.

-T5's

-250 watt HPS

-250 watt MH

What is everyone's opinion/knowledge of use. Ive always have loved T5's for veg and now i have an option to run HPS or MH for veg. what should i Use?

I use T12 floros the first 1-3 weeks veg cycle. Once the seedlings become rootbound in 16oz cups, I transplant to 6 inch pots and switch to 400 watt HPS hortilux bulb (it has blue added) or a 400 watt CMH bulb. (still 18/6, 20/4 or 24/0 veg cycle)

Plants stretch a little more with HPS, than with MH/CMH...but it's not a big deal unless height is a problem. Never tried T5's....but hear their great for veg.

...anyways...I start flowering (12/12) after 30 days or so...when the seedlings become rootbound in the 6 inch pots and are about 12-15 inches tall. Some seedlings will show pre-flowers, some won't. When all have shown their sex; I transplant to 10 inch pots and wait for the harvest...:thumbsup:
