No expert here, but my 2cents. First thing I thought was wow that pH is high going in. Flush.
I had my mom rootbound in a 5gal bucket at about the same point you are, especially if you topped it and have a lot of side shoots. Transplant takes 2 people.
You should be able to get by with a bloom fert. like Schults or rapid-gro, just make sure it is a bloom fert and I would mix it at about 1/4 strength after flush.
You need to pH adjust your water or you will get lock out if you don't already.
