The Ph of the water seems a little high (but the runoff seems fine...), do you correct it before feeding the plants ?
No, dont do anything, just pour it in a bottle then pour the bottle into the plant. I use old 2-liter pop bottles as my watering jugs.

I should also probably mention it is only the sugar leaves that are doing this at the top of the plant.
