Getting a medical liscense in CO

I have bad anxiety, plus bad neck problems, both of which smoking really helps. I will be 18 in a few months, and was wondering what the process is to get a license to grow and self medicate. I have been to the doctors many times for both my anxiety and neck problems, as well as psychiatrists and such.
Can anyone help me out? what are the qualifications?
