I don't think you'll find anyone here with negitive comments about quickfix. Just practice with the heat. You shouldn't need the hand warmer. Just nuke it for 10 seconds and put it in your crotch. Its usually good for 2 or 3 hours. The heat pad is good for emergencies or for randoms when you don't have access to a microwave.
