Depersonalization and occasional anxiety
1. pot, is not enjoyable for everyone, perhaps those who outlawed it, freaked out the 1st n only time they smoked!
2.I have found that the more i think about how high i am, the more paranoid i become. You need to keep yourself occupied.
3. switch strains, u r perhaps smoking the more sativa type and thus your mind overheating on the paranoia issue, if it helps u can have cheap mexican dirt mixed with your good stuff to lower intensity while keeping the volume, i for one used to smoke only swisha sweets and i couldnt smoke it str8 exotic the same way as i used to get my schwag in there... so i would literally use the good stuff to spice up the volume and still manage to get a smooth high... used to call them rillios "Abum"s only problem was the smell and the taste, but i didnt care!
i was once taken to ER and still am payin for my 5k bill
all cuz i smoked some really potent stuff str8 in a bong after months of not smoking anything and i got my heart beat reaching 200 bpm, simply i felt im dying of a heart attack or somethin, PreTTTTTy paranoid at that point...
called 911, went to ER and got checked, scanned n everything and finally the doc comez out n says: U R HEALTHY AS A HORSE!! while i was still in the haze of the bud i smoked hahaha so i figured that was purely just paranoia and i learned its signs and now i just ignore them
when the extreme part happens once and u survive, the paranoia wont hurt that much, all u need to do is not to think about it, dont even acknowledge itimp:
tell yourself and KNOW, that these are just the side effects.
u eat beans, u gotta fart.
u smoke weed, u are bound to get some of the side effects, right?
smoke n chiiiiiiilll out!
