At least she's done SOMETHING...more than Obama. She's just the number 2, on the job training is more suited for such a position.

    Have a good one!:s4:
Psycho4Bud Reviewed by Psycho4Bud on . Sarah Palin is McCain's VP pick McCain picks Alaska Gov. Palin as running mate - CNN.com Well there's a transparent political move if I ever saw one. McCain is trying to attract Hillary Clinton's supporters, and not the Republican base. Oooh, I bet a few people here will be pretty pissed. This lack of enthusiasm among Republicans will only get worse now. Rating: 5

How innapropriate of a statement. Reagan wouldn't even take off his jacket in the oval office for christs sake.

At least she's done something. Obama has done nearly next to nothing politically.

I'll admit i would have rather had Palin running on the GW ticket instead of Cheney. There would likely be a lot more people living in the Middle East. They are humans too. God Bless the WORLD

He failed the first time he ran for senate!

He's only been there since 97' and Palin was there since 92'. That's 5 years differance! What about all the work she's done?

IR was right, as I have posted before, this will easily be the largest margin of victory since 1980 with Reagan, and that was waaay before this brilliant pick! Now, you can chisel it in stone!
It's extremely amusing to hear libs bag on her "experience" as a reason to not vote for McCain, when their nominee arguably has less experience than she does! NIce! Now all we have to do is sit back and watch the liberal left bury Obama with his own shovel!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Seeing all these Arguments and varying opinions is really nice to see. People Generalize us Cannabis users as a bunch of Treehugging Hippies (Nothing against you Treehugging hippies, you are cool peeps :thumbsup But over the past couple years here it has been awesome to see so much Political Diversity on here. I am 26 and I guess im right on the limit of being a "Young Voter". Those who have said Hillary Clinton Supporters wont change just because of her, well I disagree. I dont know if I mentioned this in another thread but I was getting my mail today and had a great discussion with my neighbor, she is a democrat and was a staunch hillary supporter and felt screwed by her party and wasent exactly a huge fan of Obama Not to mention her Husband is a Marine and Vietnam vet, Mccains pick today was the nail in the coffin for her personally and she is going with Mccain along with her husband. I got so tired of looking at her Hillary Signs in the window and her yard so It will be nice with our Matching Mccain/Palin signs.

Barack Hussein Obama II (pronounced /bəˈrɑːk hʊˈseɪn oʊˈbɑːmə/; born August 4, 1961) is the nominee of the Democratic Party for the office of President of the United States in the 2008 general election. He is the first African American to be a major political party's nominee for this office. Obama is currently the junior United States Senator from Illinois.
A graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School, where he served as president of the Harvard Law Review, Obama worked as a community organizer and practiced as a civil rights attorney before serving in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004. He taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School from 1992 to 2004. Following an unsuccessful bid for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2000, he announced his campaign for the U.S. Senate in January 2003. After a primary victory in March 2004, Obama delivered the keynote address at the Democratic National Convention in July 2004. He was elected to the Senate in November 2004 with 70% of the vote.
As a member of the Democratic minority in the 109th Congress, he helped create legislation to control conventional weapons and to promote greater public accountability in the use of federal funds. He also made official trips to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During the 110th Congress, he helped create legislation regarding lobbying and electoral fraud, climate change, nuclear terrorism, and care for returned U.S. military personnel. After announcing his presidential campaign in February 2007, Obama emphasized withdrawing American troops from Iraq, energy independence, decreasing the influence of lobbyists, and promoting universal health care as top national priorities.

Fishing rights and Roads and you call this something she has done. Compared to creating legislation for weapons, lobbying, electoral fraud, climate change, nuclear terrorisom, oh yeah and care for returned US milatary personnel.:rasta::rastasmoke:imp: I can get more info.
