Flowering Question - Timelines
Just a question from a newbie.
At 5 weeks into flowering, three girls, the buds are definitely there but aren't growing all the way up the stems as I have seen in other photos.
Is there a phase still to come with these where they will become swollen and increase in size? They haven't changed that much in the past week or so.
There are some pistil hairs that are turning rust colored now on some buds. But only a few.
Regarding the clarity of the little bulbs on the buds and leaves, trichomes (spelling) I believe they are called... Right now they appear to be clear and transparent, is the cloudy appearance another indicator of ripeness? I have read that it will alter the affects of consuming it depending on this value.
I am not sure of the strain of these, I think one is a Sativa and the other two Indica's. Just wondering how much longer I should let them go for and if they will get any more size. They are on bloom nutes right now and are doing fine with them. Still look very healthy, almost 4 feet tall. Just not as bushy.
Any help would be awesome !!brickbreaker Reviewed by brickbreaker on . Flowering Question - Timelines Just a question from a newbie. Unfortunately its only under a 150W HPS with 4 100W flouro's around it. Lower wattage HPS but it still seems to work well for only a couple plants.

The grow space is small, like maybe a 3X4 foot area. There is only 3 plants in there right now. I am paying particular attention to one of them though that sits directly under the light. So I was told that this light is acceptable for only doing one or two plants.

Do what dutch Pimp showed you and you'll do OK. The pefect light for that size room with the right vetilation all all would be a 600wt hps. Thats what I use and it does run into a little money for a good cheap set up like mine.
