This look like to be a small plant for more than 1 month. Do you start you're count to the day of germination or the day you put them in the soil ?
What is the size on the container you are using right now ?
You're soil don't seem to be only dirt, what is it ?

MY grow set up is nothing special, its just in a closet with a fan. and the light im using is a plant light (didnt really have a lot of money to but a better light ,but im saving money for my next grow)

I know that some person in the forum had problems with miracle grow... I think it's because the soil is too rich in nutriment for young seedlings, that may be why it's not growing too fast. But the plant seem healthy, I see no trace of overfert.

the leaves seem to be curly, might be a sign, and slight browning on the bottom
the deep ridges in the leaves might pose a warning too
