Like if you have nothing and a freind of a freind hooks you up and you go to buy and it turns out the guys a cop,even though your a Medical MJ patent and have a card,can you still be busted?

That's a great question, and I'd love to know the answer as well.

I kinda remember reading something about it before, can't remember which state it was or if the info was legit, but it's definitely ok to freely give it to another mj patient, but not sell it. I guess when money is involved with selling/buying it can only be done through something like a dispensary so it can be taxes and regulated...?

Probably yes, since it's illegal under federal law.

Make friends or at least get to know and find out about your hook ups, you'll want to keep close tabs on them to CYA.

if such thing happens it will be really messed up man...

i mean it will make no sense to use

1. tax payers money
2. take an officer off of streets
3 to bust a MMJ patient, in an arranged meeting in a sting operation!!!!!

why on earth some1 would want to set up an MMJ patient like that?
