Hey man, welcome, and congrats on 20 years in the restoration biz- I've got a lot of family in central/Upstate/Adirondacks and there are so many beautiful Victorian and Italianate houses throughout the area, especially in the Mohawk Valley, that definitely deserve preservation!
I saw your pics, and they look pretty sweet and yummy.

Although I mostly work in Manhattan,I love going upstate when I can...The mountains are beautful!!!

Speaking of work,I have to go back tomorrow...Maintenance had to do work in my bathroom so I took the day off...He just left so now I have to plug everything back in,lol...

Living in a state,(NY),that is still under cannabis prohibition,I guess I'm not considered a med patient...I'm not disabled,(although some mornings I wonder)...I've had 5 knee operations,(3 in one,2 in the other)and recently was shown by x-ray that I have arthritis in my back and neck...Not the news I was Rating: 5
