Question about size
What is the minimal size are you would advise to grow a 28 gram plant [after dryed]
Height, Width, Depth.
This is my first time I am growing, planning on just doing one plant in as small of an area as possible, however I would like a yeild of an ounce at least, if not more. I have an area it measures out to be 30 inches wide, 42 inches tall, 17 inches deep. Will this be efficient room for a plant?
I am planning on using the LST method as well.
Please let me know if this will or will not do.

Question about size
It's not that simple. Some plants are far too stretchy because of their genetics, many plants would not possibly fit in your specifications. But I can tell you this, you can make that space generate an ounce of good weed.
Throw a few lowryders in there. Order some AK-47 and throw one good female in there and give her what she needs. Something like that, you obviously need to look for smaller breeds. (AK is great, as it is more of a sativa, yet it can also be used in stealth grows because of it's size if maintained properly)

Question about size
well the best thing that you could do is either a small sea of green lots of small plants in there budded when the plant is still small or have one indica plant in there (sativas just grow to big and take longer to bloom) if you grew an indica you could even train the plant so that you get the most from it (many ways of doing this) also how much money and time was you spending on your plant as this could also come into effect REMEMBER once you have started flowering the plant may still double in size so be careful.
how much room do you have to hang light ?
can you grow elsewhere ?
hope this helps

Question about size
A rooted clone should be vegged at least 2 weeks if you're hoping to hit a zip a plant- it still depends on skill, lights, feed, strain, etc. I average ~1/2-3/4z per plant in SOG vegged about a week after rooting is confirmed.
