How does one mount it in the box?

Hell another bulb isn't going to cost me anything more than I pay now,
I'd try it but I don't know how to mount it so it's not in my way or create a shadow soooner or later..
or it only shines on 1 side of 1 plant (it has to be close).

I've read that to mimic nature it should be on from 10>3ish.. others say 12 on, 12 off... I don't think I've read of anyone actually trying it though.

I'm in.. I want to know too.
