Few days till UA, what do you think.

Just curious if you guys have any advice. I smoke daily, all day every day, but i am not overweight. For the past two weeks i have cut down greatly, but i am still smoking 1-2 times a day.

I have a drug test in 4 days for my probation officer. I figured a hardcore water flush, vitamin B complex for color, and certo because its cheap and soo many swear by it should do the trick. What do you guys think? I do have money to buy stuff, but every dollar i spend hurts because college is expensive, so no $50 recommendations please.

I have never been drug tested by my PO before, but i have past home tests using certo. I would assume the different is negligible, though they would have you think different. Either way, is there any thing about the test or process of testing that PO's do i should know about now?

With so little time left your only option is to dillute the shit out of it and hope for the best.

Well i have some niacin, so i think ill take about 20 of those tonight and slam some water. Probably wont make a difference, but i already have them so might as well.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and found flushing and/or certo to still work? I know flushing does work, but more so for light smokers i would assume.

Niacin and Certo are ancient internet myths. Yet, people swear by them because they wrongly credit the niacin and certo when the real hero was the copius amounts of water they drank with the niacin and/or certo that made these people test negative. These people passed by merely diluting their urinestream to where their urine sample tested just on the good side of the cutoff level of the THC screen. They would have gotten the same result just on the water consumption alone without the niacin or that nasty tasting certo thrown in the mix.

Let me get this straight... your on probation, and you *KNOW* your gonna get tested, and your still toking, and have a UA in 4 days?????

You need cut down again, from 1-2 times a day (which is still considered "extremely heavy use") to 0 times a day.

If you stop smoking now, you might be able to pass with dilution.

Oh get this shit, my PO called me tonight and said we need to reschedule (shes trying to steal a 4 day weekend haha) so my appointment is no longer tomorrow, but two weeks from tomorrow.

I know i have been getting stupid about this lately, and Im not going to bother explaining my life to you, but i am defiantly going to take this as a sign and get my shit straight and be properly prepared for now on.

Sounds like you might be in good shape with another 2 weeks. Eat a high fiber diet,metamucil and try and get some exercise. It will help.
