Even from here, I can tell she needs at least another week. Your pic quality is good enough to show the sparkle, which translates to clear trichomes. That means they are not yet ripe. You are going to want to wait until they are all at least cloudy, with some amber.
Do you like a buzzy high or a couchlock high? Less amber=more buzzy, and more amber = more sofa glue for you!
About 85% cloudy and 15% amber is a pretty reasonable starting point for your harvest window, ending at up to about 40% amber- but that is DEFINITELY gonna stick ya to the couch!

Edit: Photo hint! Try taking pics with the plant not under HPS, because you get a more natural color that way.

Thanks. picked up a X100 pocket mircoscope and had a look. Got a few amber trichs so will give them more time. anyone know a way of taking pictures of something so magnified?

What alot of people do is just put the lens to the microscope and hope to get the close-up image on the camera with minimal blurriness.
