yeah, if you're gonna be a grower or have 3 lbs sitting around, it would be a good idea to be as legal as possible. but if you're gonna be holding less than 1 oz, have connections and don't need to use a despensary, and know how to be cool and not attract the kind of attention that'll get you busted (which i've managed to do most of my life), i'd save the 150 the pot doc will cost and be on my merry way.

on the other hand getting all the legal papers helps with the cause of making MMJ more acceptable, and just MAYBE the bozos in charge will come up with a system that works.but then again we talking about government.
